ISO 22000 is an international standard published in 2005, which is the basis of food safety system. The main purpose of this system is to ensure supply of healthy and safe products to the whole society. The ISO 22000 system connects HACCP system with good manufacturing and hygienic practices (GMP, GHP). It defines the requirements relating to all elements of food production chain. The recipients of this system are all organizations belong to the production chain, for example: food manufacturers, wholesalers, restaurants managers, etc.
